You may either first PRE-QUAL the loan online to get an idea of what rate and term options are available, or skip this process and submit the loan for approval. To submit the loan, follow these easy steps:
- Call one of our accountant representatives at (800) 710-6762 ext 105. We will very quickly determine which program best suits your needs.
- A LIGHTNING QUOTE form and basis needs list will be forwarded to you for your completion.
- Fax the LIGHTNING QUOTE form and documents needed to (540) 548-1117 attn: Underwriting Department
- Loan terms will be presented to you within 24 hours of receipt.
- You simply return the term sheet and the application and complete needs list will be sent to you for completion
- Your loan is approved and the property inspections begin
If this sounds simple, it is because it is. There are no surprises, gimmicks or hidden fees. Your will in fact receive an estimated fee schedule for your loan along with the application.
